Bill Tutte - unsung hero who shortened the war. Nobody has heard of him, but he broke the codes for Hitlers code machine - 'Tunny' which superseded enigma.
How many unsung heroes save the world every day, save us, every day, without us knowing, because what they are doing must be kept secret.
How many times does God quietly, secretly save the world, and us, because he is humble and that's just the way he works.
I wonder if we will ever know.
